Hong Kong

We had a stop over (1 night) in Hong Kong and as we arrived early morning and didn't fly out till late the next night we had almost 2 full days to have a look around. Again some of the photos are from the stopover on the way home as I have bundled all the photos into this one update as I have done for Munich.

Josh at the airport in Hong Kong after his first long (11 hour) flight at 6am ish. He did really well though not surprisingly needed a little sleep as soon as we got into our room at the Hotel. Beck joined him! After that (mid morning) we packed our little bag and went exploring Hong Kong for the day - it was really hot and humid but Josh just walked an walked - again we were so impressed with him! :-)

After spending the first day exploring Hong Kong city the following day we headed up to Nong Ping on the cable car:

The first time (of many while we were on holiday!) he fell asleep on my shoulder - he slept for a good 30-45 minutes. Since we had decided not to take the pram with us on holiday, we were so pleased he went to sleep pretty easy on my shoulder.

The following photos are of the second stop over on the way back - much shorter stay as we arrived evening and flew out the next afternoon.

Josh on the plane in his carseat - worked a treat. Shame Lufthansa didn't let us take it on the Hong Kong - Munich flight (which happened to be the longest flight of them all) and we had to check it in as baggage.
